Palm Aero Group is not an air carrier or charter operator, holds no Part 135 certificate, and does not sell air transportation or provide flight crew to lessees. Under a dry lease, the lessee holds operational control and operates under 14 CFR Part 91. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, warranty, or commitment to lease, sell, or provide any aircraft or service, and nothing here creates a lease, brokerage, or agency relationship.
