Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus basic technical data:

• Information you submit — such as your name, email, phone number, and message when you use our contact form, request an estimate, or email/call us.
• Estimate details — routes, group size, and assumptions you enter in our cost estimator, if you ask us to email you the results.
• Automatically collected data — This site uses Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, which set cookies to measure site performance and advertising effectiveness, along with standard analytics such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring links. When you submit a form we also record the advertising click identifiers and campaign tags in your link (for example gclid, fbclid, utm_source) so we know which campaign your enquiry came from, and — where you have given an email address or phone number — those values are passed to Meta in hashed form so the enquiry can be matched to the advertising that brought you here.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the information or estimates you request.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the website.
• To understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our advertising campaigns.
• To comply with applicable law.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers below, who help us run the site and communicate with you, and where required by law.

Service providers we use

Formspree (form delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and performance), Google (analytics and advertising) and Meta (advertising). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

Text messaging (SMS)

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

We do not sell, transfer, or share consumer personal data with any external organizations for any purpose other than essential service delivery by contracted processors acting solely on our behalf, and never for their own use.

We maintain access controls, staff training, contractual confidentiality obligations, and security procedures to prevent unauthorized sharing of user data.

Palm Aero Group Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@palmaerogroup.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Cookies & tracking

Data security & retention

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Retention — We keep enquiry records for as long as the relationship is active and up to three years afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Any US resident can ask us to access, correct or delete their information at the contact details below.

Children

This site is intended for business and general aviation audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
